QUICHE A LA SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. thawed Stouffers spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced drained mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked crumbled Italian sausage
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
