QUICHE SPINACH SOUFFLE 
Mix in bowl:

1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle' (thawed)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
