SPINACH MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 pkg. thawed Stouffer's spinach souffle
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked, drained Italian sausage
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 deep dish pie shell

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
