TUNA - BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk (skim)
16 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. skim milk Mozzarella shredded cheese
Non-stick vegetable spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs and milk in blender. Add tuna, cottage cheese, broccoli and onion. Blend just to mix.

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray and turn the mixture into it. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over pie and bake an additional 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

TO MICROWAVE: Bake on high power for 10 minutes, stir, then bake on high another 10 minutes. Let stand until firm.

NO FISHY TASTE OR ODOR:

To remove fishy odor and taste from fish, soak in mixture of 1 quart of water and 2 teaspoons of white vinegar for 20 minutes. Tastes like fresh-caught fish. I tried it and it works.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
