SOPHIE'S NEAPOLITAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives

Cook noodles, drain and rinse. Brown meat with onions, draining off all fat. Add tomato sauce and seasonings and heat to just below boiling point. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add cottage cheese, sour cream and olives and mix.

Layer noodles, cheese mix, then noodles again, pouring meat sauce over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
