NEAPOLITAN DELIGHT 
2 lg. cans sliced freestone peaches, chunked
2 c. sugar
4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. apricot brandy

In large container add sugar to peaches and stir well. Add orange juice and lemon juice. Stir, then add 1/4 cup apricot brandy. Mix all ingredients well and freeze. Serve with 1 tablespoon of apricot brandy floating on top of each glass. Serves 12. Looks nice served in champagne glasses. Very refreshing.
