HERSHEY SYRUP CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted cake flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Hershey syrup

FROSTING:

Your favorite chocolate frosting
Nuts

In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients (except for the frosting ingredients). Stir well. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch long narrow pan, lightly sprayed with Pam and floured, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Ice with your favorite chocolate frosting, sprinkle with nuts.
