THREE-C BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose bread
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk, oil and eggs, stirring well; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until bread tests done.
