PINEAPPLE PASSION CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened with juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/2 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add a little milk if it is too thick. Cool cake. Add frosting. Sprinkle on top. Lots of nuts.
