BISQUICK BANANA NUT BREAD | |
3 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. self-rising flour 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 2 c. bananas, mashed 3/4 c. nuts, chopped Mix Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg and milk; beat vigorously with spoon one-half minute. Stir in mashed bananas and chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Delicious served with cream cheese and pineapple spread. |
