BISQUICK BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. bananas, mashed
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Mix Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg and milk; beat vigorously with spoon one-half minute. Stir in mashed bananas and chopped nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing. Delicious served with cream cheese and pineapple spread.

Instead of self-rising flour used 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c apple butter added. Used sugar, cinnamon, and nuts chopped together as topping. Needed to put some butter with the topping so that the topping doesn't fall off.
