CURRY - CHEESE BALL WITH CHUTNEY 
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry
Garlic salt or powder to taste
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 bottle chutney

1. Form all ingredients except chutney into a ball.

2. Place on serving platter.

3. Pour 1/2 bottle of chutney over ball.

4. Put remaining almonds over top.

5. Serve with crackers.

Don't bother with 1/2 the bottle of chutney. Pour on the whole thing. You can never have too much chutney.
