BISQUICK BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. ripe bananas, mashed (about 3 lg.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 scant c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of a loaf pan (9x5x3-inches with non-stick spray).

Beat all ingredients vigorously for 30 seconds. Transfer batter to pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes.

Easy and yummie tasting recipe! I added a bit of cinnamon to jazz it up, but otherwise followed directions exactly. The bread is very moist and very flavorful......
