CRUSTLESS COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1/2 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender and process for 10 seconds. Stir in coconut. Pour into a buttered 9" deep dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. (Pie will puff, then fall slightly.) Cool. Chill thoroughly. |
