CUSTARD PIE (COCONUT) 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
1 c. coconut (optional)

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Pour into 9-inch deep unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-35 minutes.

For Coconut Custard Pie, add 1 cup coconut before pouring into shell.
