FROZEN PUMPKIN PARFAIT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter for crust. Press into 9 inch square pan. Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, and spices. Fold in ice cream. Spread in pan. Freeze until ready to use. Makes nine 3 inch squares.
