FROZEN SHERBET SALAD | |
2 c. (1 pt.) orange, lemon or lime sherbet 1/2 c. whipped cream or whipped topping 3/4 c. (8 3/4 oz. can) drained cubed peaches 3/4 c. (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple 3/4 c. halved green grapes 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries In small mixing bowl, blend sherbet until softened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 8" square pan. Freeze about 2 hours or until firm. To serve, cut into squares. Makes 6 servings. NOTE: An 8 ounce can white seedless grapes, drained may be used instead of the halved green grapes. |
