LUSCIOUS FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 whole egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, diced
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Beat egg in small skillet; add lemon juice or vinegar and sugar. Stir until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add cream cheese to dressing; beat until smooth. Beat whipping cream until thick. Add fruits, celery, and nuts to dressing-cheese mixture. Fold in whipping cream.

Put in refrigerator trays or 9 inch square casserole dish. Cover with foil and freeze. Cut in squares; serve on lettuce cups garnished with mayonnaise. Serves eight.
