1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (with pudding)
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Grease and flour two 9-inch layer cake pans. In large bowl with mixer at low speed blend all ingredients 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Frost with desired frosting.
