1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, with pudding in the mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) cake pans. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat all ingredients just until blended. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pans. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove. Cool on wire racks. Frost with desired frosting.
