MOIST CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
1/2 c. soft butter 1/2 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sour milk 2 c. diced zucchini 1 c. chocolate chips 2 1/2 c. flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; beat. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; beat. Strain diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (Cream cheese icing if you wish.) |
