3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil
2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. Beat. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
