MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot coffee

Mix all ingredients. Batter will be runny. Pour into greased, floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 box confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Add a "blob" of peanut butter to frosting for a great frosting!
