VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans
1 can Niblets corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted

Mix crackers and melted butter; set aside. Drain green beans and corn, then combine with remaining ingredients. Place in a 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (or until bubbly around edges).
