GERTIE'S CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. chop suey meat, browned
4 tbsp. butter & season
1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles
1 can corn niblets
1 can peas & juice

Brown meat in butter; season. Add hot water, celery and green pepper to browned meat. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix altogether and cover with butter crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
