CROCKED POT BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef chuck or stew meat, cut in 1" cubes
3/4 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
6 potatoes, cut in good size cubes
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. red wine

Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning together. (Seasoning amount is to taste, for those on a special diet salt may be omitted.) Stir meat to coat with the flour and seasoning mixture. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving. Serve with your favorite biscuit or warm cornbread.
