THANKSGIVING LEFTOVER PIE | |
2 cups leftover turkey 1 can cream of chicken soup (regular or healthy choice) 1/2 cup milk 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes 2 already made pie crusts (available freezer section at local grocery store) salt and pepper (optional) 1 cup leftover carrots or corn (optional) Preheat oven 350°F. In a medium sized mixing bowl add cut up leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper (optional), milk, and carrots or corn (optional). Mix all contents together then spoon into one thawed pie crust. Then carefully remove second pie crust from container and place on top of pie. Lightly push down the edge of the pie all the way around to seal pie. Use a fork to poke about 5 sets of fork holes around the top of the pie and one in the middle. Put in oven and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown. Let stand about 10 minutes, cut, and serve. ENJOY! Submitted by: Me |
