SOUR CREAM COLE SLAW 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded (about 7 c.)

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. In large bowl, gently toss cabbage and sour cream mixture. Cover. Chill 1-2 hours.
