1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Half and Half
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of celery seed

Blend mayonnaise, Half and Half and sugar. Add the vinegar and celery and blend. Serve on finely shredded cabbage.
