1 qt. cabbage, cut fine
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Beat whipping cream, add sugar and vinegar. Add cabbage and onion to dressing, mix well. Chill.
