SOUR CREAM CABBAGE SLAW 
5 c. lightly packed finely shredded red and green cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt

Toss cabbage and green pepper in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients. Just before serving, pour over cabbage, toss well.
