POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien potatoes

Mix all ingredients together in bowl except potatoes, then add potatoes. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crumbled potato chips.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until brown.
