POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 can cream of mushroom (low fat) soup
3 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 lb. no fat cheese, grated
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown and drain and blot sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole layer potatoes, soup mixture, sausage. Repeat layers again ending with sausage. Stream butter buds over top lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven.
