HERBED GREEN BEANS WITH POTATOES
AND SAUSAGE
 
1 1/2 lbs. (1 qt. canned or frozen) green beans
3/4 c. chopped or quartered onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. rosemary, crushed
8 or 10 sm. red potatoes (about 1 qt.)
3/4 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage ring, sliced diagonally 1/4 inch (You may
increase if you wish)

Brown sausage in sauce pot. Drain canned green beans into sauce pot and add enough water to boil potatoes, about 1 1/2 cups. Add potatoes and herbs, onions and celery; partially cook. Then add green beans to top to boil last 10 minutes of cooking time.
