GREEN BEANS AND NEW POTATOES 
1 lb. green beans
1 sm. onion
4 sm. potatoes, red
1/4 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Ham hock

Cook ham hock. Prepare green beans. Add green beans, onion, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until beans are nearly tender, about 15 minutes, add quartered, peeled potatoes. Simmer low until potatoes are tender.
