CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. prepared mustard
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese Ritz cracker crumbs

Pour crabmeat in bowl; add lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Make white sauce with flour, milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Pour white sauce over mixture. Add chopped eggs and part of crumbs. (Reserve some crumbs to sprinkle over top.) Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5 to 6 people.
