SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 pkg. hot bulk sausage (can use regular or beef)
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix (or 2 c.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (or 1 lb.)

Combine all ingredients with hands. Shape loosely into small balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield: 100 cocktail size balls. Sausage balls may be frozen or covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking. Thaw before baking.

Microwave instructions: Place uncooked sausage balls on paper plate lined with double thickness of paper towels. Bake 1 1/2-2 minutes per plate at full power. Rotate plate well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
