FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coarsely ground cranberries
1/2 c. finely ground orange with peel
1 c. mandarin oranges
3/4 c. sliced celery

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water. Add pineapple, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Stir sugar in cranberries in blender. Put into partially set Jello and add all fruits and nuts and vegetable. Put in green tupperware mold.
