FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 apples
Marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream

Grind apples and cranberries, add sugar and pineapple. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Whip cream and add marshmallows and cream to cranberry mixture.

I loved this recipe but I added a twist to mine,I added 1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained it and reserved all the juices to thin down the salad. And in food processor on pulse, for 2 seconds at a time for each addition of ingredient, 1 lb. fresh cranberries, small orange and rind, and 2 red apples cored and with the peeling on, 2 stalks of celery. Added all those to the pineapple, then the granulated sugar, 1/4 cup pecans very coarsely chopped. And refrigerated for 3 hours then mixed it all with 2 cups mini marshmallows and garnished the salad with 1/2'd green grapes. It was a hit! The whip cream made it look like it was snow in a wreath, very beautiful!
