COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 1/3 c. Bakers Angel Flake coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites

Combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until browned on edges. Remove from baking sheets at once. Makes about 18 macaroons.
