COCONUT MACAROONS 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet foil. Spray Pam. In bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and blend well. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes.
