SCALLOP/FISH BAKE 
1-1/2 lb. Sea Scallops
2 lb. Cod (any white fish can be used)
dry Bread Crumbs (plain or seasoned)
1 stick butter, sliced in 1/4 inches
fresh Lemon, cut into wedges (optional)

Spray a baking dish with Pam-type spray. Line the bottom of the baking dish with Scallops. Shake Bread Crumbs over scallops until lightly covered. Top with half the butter slices. Place the Cod on top of the butter. Repeat the procedure with Bread Crumbs and butter. Place in a 400°F oven for 40 - 45 minutes or until the Cod flakes easily when touched with a fork. Serve immediately with a baked potato and salad. Lemon wedge, optional.
