CHUCK WAGON SPARE RIBS 
3 lb. pork spare ribs
1 onion browned in 1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut ribs into individual serving and boil until tender then brown in oven. Cook onion and other ingredients together for 15 minutes then pour all over ribs and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Serves 4.
