CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 lbs. hamburger meat
3 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 beef bouillon cubes
2/3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. catsup
2 (29 oz.) cans molasses baked beans or pork & beans
3 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In large pan fry bacon; drain fat, cook ground beef, onion and celery until done. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Mix all into meat. Cook 1 hour 15 minutes. Crumble bacon over beans. I add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar to my beans. I don't add bacon and I use 2 pounds of hamburger meat instead of 3.
