DO - AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
9 lg. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook potatoes until tender; drain. Mash potatoes and mix in sour cream, cream cheese, 5 tablespoons butter, milk and onion salt, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice remaining butter on top of potatoes. Bake until heated through and light brown, about 30 minutes. (Can be made the day or two before, then bake before serving.)
