DO-AHEAD MASH POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes. Mash until there are no lumps. Add rest of ingredients except butter. Mix again and let cool. Put in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter.

Can be made a couple of days in advance and refrigerated. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through. Serves 12.
