FIX AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
8 to 9 lg. potatoes, enough when cooked to fill large bowl. Boil in salted water
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 lg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese

Mix with potatoes until smooth. Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste, mix again. Spread in to 9 x 13 pan or dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
