MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese with chives
3 eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and mash the potatoes. Add cream cheese, butter, salt, and garlic salt. Mix until smooth, adding a little milk to make slightly wet. Mix in eggs. Place in a greased baking dish. Put pats of butter across top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with Saran wrap and refrigerate. When ready, remove wrap and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
