EGG NOG BREAD 
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup dairy egg nog (do not use canned egg nog)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Grease bottom of loaf pan. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add sugar, egg nog, butter, rum and vanilla. Blend well. Add rest of ingredients and stir until moist.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
