SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (or canned yams - 29 oz., drained)
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients and place in casserole dish and top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Topping will turn light brown, don't overcook.)
