SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3/4 lb. beef
1/4 lb. sausage
1/16 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream
1 tbsp. onion (dehydrated)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Place in casserole dish with cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
